He is looking to get a bridging loan then once he has a new place sell his home in Cessnock (he is currently getting this appraised), but feels he will have $800k to purchase a new place. GARRY - Looks like he likes Kevin and may be looking to use him - was only early stages as he needs to sell Cessnock first. Talking to the Cessnock agents too and now is talking to his fin co to find out what he can do next - liked the WREA Service
