Owners (based in NSW) own two investment properties in Gracemere which they would like to sell:
1. 8 Laver Place which is a 4x2x2- 3 year old property, electric gates, study, tenanted
2. 9 Keirin Court Gracemere 4x2x2 ex display home, same as above currently tenanted.
Both properties are currently tenanted and managed by CQ Property sales and management.
