1. 8 Laver Place which is a 4x2x2- 3 year old property, electric gates, study, tenanted
2. 9 Keirin Court Gracemere 4x2x2 ex display home, same as above currently tenanted.
Both properties are currently tenanted and managed by CQ Property sales and management.
Looking at receiving appraisals from 2 other agents to compare costings and make informed decision, would be looking at selling a property at a time and want guidance from the agents.
