Beware - Received different information relating to previous contact between their staff and seller. Our contact (son) said sister had been in contact with agent, agent stated her principal had been in contact with owner, our contact confirmed agent we referred is meeting to viewing property for appraisal which Kate said had already been done by her principal - very fishy. Obviously Kate had requested this info be provided to me by our contact (the seller's son) - 11/11/2021, Mark
