Kate (PRE EXISTING with another in office): Sorry Phillip Chapman has been in contact with the lady who owns the property and was already in contact with her and has been out to do a M/A Apparently Garry was just looking online to get a feel for the pricing, hence this lead. Anyway, just letting you know we as a company have already done an M/A with them and this property. Therefore we would not be paying a fee if we do get this to sell in the new year.
