Accepted a lead from LAF on a property I had him appraise a year previously introducing him to decision maker. Was a long haul being a partner separation Bowed under pressure from LAF to pay them under our commercial agreement. Should not have accepted their lead as already a "work in progress" and I had provided a successful introduction to both parties via the decision maker and in the door for appraisal. Had updated me all the way and then accepted a lead which we had to allow LAF to invoice. 12/2021 - Mark
