Adam - (MAY 21 Cheryl didn't want me to go through the property when we spoke, just information on selling. I sent her a short appraisal including likely value, comparables, costs and suggested timeline. Followed up to confirm she had received it - she was quite short on the phone on that call, then have only been able to leave her messages since. No answers or returned calls to date. I've just tried her again then as well._
DESKTOP APPRAISED - emailed through a summary of likely sale price, costs and timeline yesterday. Followed up today - she was on the run and couldn't speak, but has received it
0 I've spoken to Cheryl. She doesn't want to disturb the tenants at this point (they have purchased and will be moving out in September/October). I've told her I'll put together an appraisal from the information available to me - then if she wants to take the next step I can get through with the tenants, firm up price range, and suggest what needs to be done to prepare the home for sale.
