Sam would love to work with us - great rural agent - charges 3.3% inc GST due to drive time & expertise of selling in the rural areas but looks after the vendors
Looks after acreage that need to have some character (ie 100 year old cottage) - over $1m value - NOT VINEYARDS (as the Banks are making it impossible to finance). Large area they look after as rural specialists - been in place from Toop & Toop for the past 3 years.
