Michael - Hi Natalie, thanks for the reminder. I spoke with Mark this week and he said his dad has the final say of course. He said he was waiting on a valuation which seemed strange as we did that for him along with other literature we sent him. Our discussion just now included updates figures which would not have change much since last time. He said he would come back to us if his dad wanted to sell.
