I would suggest any prospective clients of R&W not be “influenced and under pressure” towards selling prior to auction unless specific reasons. Regretfully, we allowed ourselves to accept an offer prior to auction due to family problems at the time (husband multiple visits to hospital, new grandchild, etc). Mr Dendrinos would not agree with my assessment as we did accept the offer and sign the Contract. I guess it was an “in hindsight” realisation. Mr Dendrinos expressed negatives about our property despite professing an understanding and superior knowledge of the building which he claimed to be able to use to our advantage in marketing the property. His strategy unfortunately is all in hindsight. To add insult to injury, the last time I spoke to Mr Dendrinos was when he walked out of the house carrying the signed Contract. His receptionist was the only contact we had after that. It was like he had his commission guaranteed for Christmas so didn’t have to show any further interest in us. Poor customer relations I would consider.
