VENDOR - husband signed with someone she doe snto know who - can't do anything until the mother in alw goes into a nursing home
PETER - not selling as Mother in Law does not want to go into nursing home
peter - Called spoke to her she said she would call to confirm appraisal but she didn't call I have messaged her a few times but no reply
