8/8/24- DECISION TO SELL EMAIL SENT TO WAYNE FOR AN UPDATE****

8/2/24 Mick Smith :  The wet season normally ends around end of April and I will contact Shand then

both Mick Smith and Tom Kiem have been in touch and have given me an appraisal of my property, site unseen.

At the moment I think it would be best if I hold off on the sale of the unit and see how the market is early next year or after our wet season.

I appreciate your help Vicki and I will keep in touch as your assistance is very helpful.

30/10/23- client is re looking to sell contacted agents 1/2 for appraisals as he is at the property now 

9/12 Shane not been responsive Mick Smith

 Mick Smith sent appraisal 6th June and has not heard back sent another email to follow up. 

15/6 Tanial: Contacted Owner and have sent appraisal waiting on owner to respond

8/6 Tom Keim  I've spoken with Shane - he seems unsure of his plans for the property. Was not able to provide rental income figures or tenants details for appraisal purposes. Planning to come to town later in the year. I may have an opportunity to view the property then.

30/5  Tom: Thanks for the lead Vicky! I've spoken with Shane - he is trying to organise a time with the tenants for me to appraise the property. Hopefully all goes well and it's listed shortly.

30/5 Mick:  I contacted Shane yesterday and will get an appraisal to him later today

Mick 1/6: I will be providing Shane with an appraisal today. He said he is not in a hurry to sell and may delay until later this year
