23/9/22 under contract Vicki finally, Shane has taken an offer. only subject to building and pest which is booked in for Monday. fingers crossed unconditional tuesday
14/9/22 Shane rejected my $540k offer recently and now is thinking of coming down in price or taking the property off the market. I have had 4 offers in total all at $530k - $540k I will have a better idea of where things are going at the end of the week
2/9/22 I am still marketing the property, I have had a few contracts but nothing that gets it sold.
I am working in one now and will likely have it under contract over the weekend.
15/6 JACK : Hi Vicki, I have been to appraise the property. Shane’s brother has just passed away and he is dealing with a bit at the moment. I will be following up at the start of next week under the direction of Shane for the date. I’m fairly confident I should get this one. I know I’m up against Alan Woo but Shane likes our system of a risk free sale. Keep you posted when it’s all signed up.

20/1/21 ****Hi Vicki, yes I had a chat with Shane today. He said he's not making a decision anytime soon and will talk again in the next 4 weeks or so and see if he's been to sell.
