***CLIENT HAS DEALT WITH ALL THE AGENTS UP THERE CANT HELP HIM ONLY WORTH 80-90K PER BLOCK 

1/7  Clem:   will not take it on dealing with Marketeers, not worth his trouble his advice to stick with Chris and reduce his price only worth 80 or 90k per block.


**Needed to reduce comms otherwise Clem would not do it he sai they are only worth $90k bad areas


Pls check with Clem, if he is any good at selling land in that area of Kingaroy?


If yes, I can likely get him both lots to market.
