18/7 AS2 sent to A1 see response called Steven Clay he will fu with Zoltan does not think he will be allowed to STRATA due to size

23/6 Steven Clay:  I am still in talks with Zoltan he is looking into strata titling of the dual key home he has on 11 willowood drive I will be sending him an updated cma on the 30 June as he has asked for that yesterday.

12/5 Zoltan:   Apology for a late reply, as I was interstate and had no access to emails.

I’m currently in the process of investigating, if the Nambour property could be subdivided into 2 titles before I consider to sell it.

Thanks for the follow up email. Communication with Zoltan is going well. He is currently investigating the option of strata titling the duplex so just waiting on the outcome of that.
