21/10/2022 - Emma: In my last discussion with Seelan he indicated he was going to keep renting the property and would not be listing the property for sale. I have been in touch with Seelan however I have not been able to access the property as his tenants was unwell last week and this morning his Property Manager has advised they have visitors and therefore, they do not want me to attend until this Thursday. I have confirmed the above to Seelan.
