BENNY - Hi Natalie, i went to see Sam yesterday to provide my honest opinion of value for his property. He told me that i was the agent that provided him the lowest estimation on the value for his property. I did provide him all of the recent sales in the area, 1 that we just sold last Friday as well to justify my appraisal. He won't be ready for another 3 weeks so i told him that i'll call him in 2 weeks time to follow up. Thanks again for your referral.
