16/03/2018 Vendor replied I have spoken with all three and have decided due to the massive loss that I would need to take I will retain the property for a little longer and change the loan across to P&I to reduce the loan size down with a view to sell in 12 months or so. Thank you so much for your assistance and when you have the chance to send through the information for my mum that would be brilliant
