04/12: Harvey emailed, he was advised by vendor that they are going to wait 12 months
17/07: Spoke to vendor who mentioned he is very happy with the agents he has now and will more than likely choose either Frank or Harvey. I noted I will follow up with him next week. Harvey has made a very good first impression.
