29/08/2023 - UD to agents

Joseph: no updates on this one. Last time I spoke with the owners they had mentioned that they were relocating overseas and were thinking about renting the house out as an option too. They did say that there was no urgency to make a decision as their pension would not be effected for some time.

8/03/2023 - Joseph: Met with Bill and his father. Are thinking of selling some time around end of April. Unsure on what to do at the moment. THought the house was worth more than it is

27/02/2023 - Bill: Yes they have called have appointments with them this week thank you

23/02/2023 - Joseph: Called chatted with Bill. Meeting with him and his father next Thursday morning.
