11/9/25-Disposition: Follow-up

Comment: not selling now cant find anything check in again in 12 months


Jim Demetrios said he is a hot and cold vendor does not know what he is doing

02/08/23 Ron is unwell and Matt will follow up

8/6 Matt:  65 Amaroo Drive - I am due to give him a ring, will do today. Last we spoke the vendor had health issues, so I thought I better give him some time.



 6/4- CLIENT:  Has been in hospital all this time, and needs to find something first looking in Moe b4 he sells.


5/04/2023 -Matt AD: vendor isn’t getting back to me.  - Mark

5/4 Jim said this guy runs hot and cold listed his house b4 and withdrew after a few days has not been able to contact him at all. 


22/3 Jim said vendor did not return his call 


Appraisal went well, should list in the next 2-3 weeks.
