09/01/24 - Invoice info recieved, sent to Mari, left Vicki a task so she can check it out when she's back - KJ

12/10 Kylie: I showed a client through last Friday - my first inspection at the property. This property is very overpriced. I believe it should be listed under the $300k mark.


I have spoken via email with the Vendor and given comparative properties however she is not willing to make any adjustments to the price.


6/6 Kylie estimated 230-250 with a list price of 265k
2/6/23 AS EMail sent to client for upate 
9/5 AS2 emails to agents see responses 
JO:  I did the Appraisal on the 14th April, 2023 and the was told that they will get back to me in June sometime. I will send them an email to see how they are going. I haven been told if I have it or not.


12/4- Client : Disposition: Agents Made Contact - Vendor Happy was flying back to her home today 
Comment: met both waiting on their emails
Kylie:  Thank you for your email. I have made contact with Jaqueline and we are visiting the property on Tuesday 11/4/203. Jacqueline has mentioned that the things are still going through probate so there will be a bit of time between the appraisal and listing.
