1/10 Antoine: He keeps giving me different answers. One minute he is ready, the next he wants to wait. I did send him an email as he requested but haven’t heard back.

12/9 Grant: As we discussed on the phone earlier today, you did say you want to wait for the tenants to move out by December, so being close to Christmas, I highly recommend waiting for the tenants to move out, we will clean it, and then launch it on the market mid January 2025.

20/7/23 Antoine: Spoke to Grant numerous times but not looking to sell anymore. Once renovations is completed, he wants to rent it out.

10/7ANTOINE: Also I spoke to Grant from 8/11 Crown St property and got him a very good deal however he decided to get someone himself for the renovations. I will call him next Friday for a follow up. He wants to rent it out and no longer wants to sell it. 

23/6 Called Grant ro. no message sent Paulette text to see if she connected //Paulette in touch and speaking 

14/6 Hi Vicki, I spoke to Grant again and he is still not ready yet. Apparently he is still getting quotes for his unit through his mate here in Sydney. I emailed him my details again as he requested. He said he will be in touch with me when he is ready. Kind Regards, Antoine

22/5 Spoke to Grant again. He is still in hospital. Apparently not ready yet as the renovations are not finished yet. He was hoping it will be done by the end of this week. I said I will give him a call next Monday to follow up.

16/5 Antoine:  Hi Vicki, I spoke to Grant again, and as you mentioned to me, he did the knee surgery. He is still in hospital and he has some complications. He did say to me that he would let his wife contact me and handle the sale for him. I did send him the agreement to sign but nothing is done yet, which is understandable. Kind Regards, Antoine

10/5 Paulette:  I did call Grant however he was unavailable to talk at the time i called him. He asked that i call back later in the afternoon. When i tried to call him back in the afternoon, he did not answer so i left a message. I also tried to call him again early the next morning.
