29/6/23 Just getting in contact with you regarding Grant Hewald's property and your referral fee.



I am more than happy to give out referral fees, however in this instance, I had already spoken to and provided Mr Hewald with a market appraisal three months ago in March. When I followed up with him he said he will be ready to sell in the NFY. As he is already in my books to contact next week and needed no introduction I am less inclined to give a referral fee on this one. I have attached a screenshot of our correspondence in March below.



Please advise your thoughts on this.

We did send Grant a market appraisal for 115 McKenzie Street on the 21/3/23. I have touched base with him again via email. Have a lovely weekend. Regards Kim
