* Vendor & agents are responsive, agents had appraised but advised vendor that he will lose if he sells as market was down *
31/10/19: Called Pravan (vendor) but went to VM, sent vendor messages, no reply
29/06/18: Spoke to vendor he has decided to sit the market after advice from agents as he would be losing more money to re look at it end of next year
21/06/18: Agent Mark called to advised that client was going to make a loss as properties were not going to pickup until 2-3 years, new properties were being sold at around the $500k price and existig homes dropped around 50-60k
05/06/18: Agent Mark accepted the referral and advised, "I have contacted the Seller and will arrange a Free Market Appraisal. He is looking to sell in September 2018 so I will remain in contact."
04/06/18: Agent Jackie aaccepted the referral and advised, "Thank you for thinking of me but the market here is tough and I’m struggling to sell properties as is and can’t afford to pay out any fees so please feel free to pass the prospect to someone else."
