Kristy- Yes I met with the owners on Saturday and followed up today. They will be discussing later this week

Kathleen - SEPT - I have sent a follow up text message to keep in touch and see how their renovations are coming along.

AUG 24 - They are doing more Reno’s. Maybe put a reminder for Nov 

I personally attended and reviewed property. Karina Folowed up with me with a decision to wait until they do more renovations. She said I was her agent of choice.
