.9/7/24 Peter Jones; Hi Vicki ,Luke and I visited the property on Saturday and met with Scott who is a good bloke, he showed us around the land and we looked thru the home. The house is very dated and tired and would need a fair bit of money to bring it up to scratch. The land is in excellent condition having been well fertilised and maintained, the shedding is adequate and the fencing is about 80%. All in all I believe its worth is between $1.2-$1.3m as it stands, it was explained to us that there are 4 executors to the estates and I don"t think things are great, so the process may take a will, but will keep you informed.
