26/6/25 Decision email to owner for update see response ****We have been in contact with both Rod & Anton. As part to the estate division, my sister will be inheriting the property and I am unsure of her longer term plans for the property. I have passed on to her both Rod’s and Anton’s contact details.



 18/2/25 AS2 sent to A2 for update.

ANTON: I have spoken with Scott recently. The family are in the process of getting formal valuations done as a family member would like to buy it. If not they should be ready to sell in June.
