MIMMA - SEPT 24 - The landlords are tied up until 2026 with their current agency and will not release them so at this stage are not switching agencies.
Owners are currently locked into a Management until 2026 but very unhappy with their current property management agency.
I have sent the rental appraisal but they are trying to terminate their contract, unfortunately agency may not release them with having to pay fees.
