I did the appraisal before Christmas, they had quite a bit of work to do to get the property ready to be marketed.

I followed up just before Christmas to see if there were any questions at all however did not hear back.

I can’t see them being ready for at least 6-8 weeks.

13/12/24 Hi Vicki, apologies for the delay in responding. All 3 agents have been in touch. Dino came today and I have scheduled appointments with Joe and Darren Tuesday and Wednesday next week.
