15/01/2025 - Ty called in - wasn't aware we are a referral company ( read our T&Cs on my next referral email) - indicated he had been talking to them in the past (2 years ago he told them they need to clear the land) - explained we still classify it as a referral (fee involved) as it is outside our 12 month term for pre-existing. Said OK _ Mark
