21/4 Steve: We have signed Brett Jones up.
He rang me to say his going with another company after making the appointment and discussing rates however I adjusted our rate and pushed for the appointment and he was impressed after meeting us.
We also found a tenant for him and they are signing this week.
$725 is the rent regarding the first weeks letting fee.
