Rouse Realty manage all the properties and Ian (my husband) has bee in touch regarding current approximate prices although we haven't said any agent has them to sell.
Greg Glover of PRD sold one of our other properties at 91 Banksia Ave and also my parents house at 16 Seagull Ave. Greg had just recently informed us of the auction price at 18 Spindrift but no agent has been told they have them to sell.

The lease for 19 Spindrift expires on 17/7, and 4 Seagull 20/3 but we will move in there on our return to Australia on the 1/5.
