2 bedrooms with built in robes, separate toilet and bathroom with a laundry. On the top floor with an allocated garage. The decor is dated and we rented it fully furnished but the condition of that is probably pretty ordinary by now. The complex has a pool but no lift.
Rouse Realty manage all the properties and Ian (my husband) has bee in touch regarding current approximate prices although we haven't said any agent has them to sell.ot want to sell any until the next financial year as currently we reside in Pakistan and are non residents for taxation purposes.
The lease for 19 Spindrift expires on 17/7, and 4 Seagull 20/3 but we will move in there on our return to Australia on the 1/5.
