25/7spoke to isha she is using her data base to find a nominee settlement extended until September, difficult to sell untitled properties client has not signed a form 6 as its a nominee vf
Rakesh and Hemant - said purchased land $30k too high cant sale Rakesh cant do Nominee also , client ctc him direct.
Isha working closeley with vendor to try and find nominee settlement date has been extended until August
