11/03/2021 - Scott & Katrina Mitchell: I believe you have been speaking with my assistant Melinda and I can confirm that we have listed the home at 1-5 Mungara Court Wondunna – however, that was NOT a referral from your team. The owner called us directly based on our social media campaigns and review platforms as I asked that question. You will also not find any communication trails form us on that property either. I believe Melinda has concluded our position on the other referrals. Regards Scott

Maurice & Nicole: We have no idea what they are doing with their home.
Scott: No further progress at this point.
Jacqueline: They are not really considering selling for 6-12 months
12/03/2020 - Updated agents re vendor been busy and still wants appraisals
11/03/2020 - Kris: Unfortunately I have had some unforseen circumstances arise, so I have not yet confirmed a date/time for appraisals..however hopefully I can do this early next week.
5/03/2020 - Scott: we have not been able to lock in a time to meet with the seller – we have spoken with her once but she was busy and asked us to call back – which we have tried on a couple of occasions without success.
3/03/2020 - Emailed agents re appraisal

Scott: We have not met or spoken with Kris as yet
Maurice: The owners of 1 Mungara are not proceeding with any appraisal.
They have told us not to do anything.
