24/08/2020 - Pam: 34 Charles Hodge Ave – Unfortunately this house is in Lorraine’s husbands name and he told me he has a friend in Mackay who is an agent, so said he did not require any assistance from me. I will try again this week to follow up.

21/07/2020 - Pam: I have been in contact with Lorraine Strike a few times, been around and sent her information. Unfortunately she is not the decision maker as the house is in her husband’s name and she kept on telling me she was talking to him. On Monday morning this week, she e-mailed me to give me her husbands number and asked me to talk to him directly. When I called, he had no idea who I was as she had never told him about me. He has already had a few agents through including someone he knows. I then e-mailed him an appraisal and information and followed up with a call yesterday. He said he has been to busy to go through everything. So, I think we will be very lucky to get this one, but will keep on trying. He lives out of town, so I cannot arrange to meet with him. Will let you know if we have any luck. This house is within walking distance of my office, so would be a great listing.

24/06/2020 - Pam: I also spoke to Lorraine, your other , last week and she was waiting for her husband to make a decision as the house is in his name. I will call her again towards the end of this week if I have not heard anything.
3/06/2020 - Pam: Just letting you know that I have followed Lorraine Strike from 34 Charles Hodge. She is waiting for some repairs to be done and for ex husband to get back to her. She asked me to make contact with her next week. I will be in touch as soon as I have more to report.

She is keen to sell, but the house is in her ex husbands name so she said she would speak to him. She said to follow up next week with her to see if her husband was agreeable to put the house on the market. I will be in touch with you as soon as I chat to her next week.
