26/07/2021 - Helene: Hi Mark , Helene Shephard touching base to confirm our unit 120 Tunstall Place has been deemed unconditional today so the money will be in your account I'm in a timely manner.
24/05/2021 - Helene: It is slow for us and we have adjusted the price and open every weekend ... it’s most saleable with a large vacant flood block at the end of the road scaring a bit of interest away
18/11/2020 - Helene: a divorce separation and just waiting on the courts to release the permission to sell .
7/10/2020 - Helen: called 7/10 to follow up on our appraisal, going through divorce settlement will look to sell after that about 1 month time
23/07/2020 - FU to agents re UD
Steve: No updates since we emailed the appraisal in June.
Helene: She has not come back to me as yet .. she was dealing with a funeral
Helene: She has had a death in the family .. I communicated last week and she has yet to respond
