15/10/2020 - Cathy: Thanks for your referral and this is now listed. Will keep you update once it is sold .
24/08/2020 - AGENT FUs
Cathy: nothing can be done for this lockdown hopefully they will make decision after this I will keep you update
Michael: I spoke with Virginia early last week and she mentioned that they had really had discussions around which agent at this point because of the stage 4 restrictions. There is a lot of things to remove from the house before it could go to the market.
I will update you again once I speak back with her.
Mark: I spoke with Virginia just before lockdown, had a really good conversation and she decided best thing to do was wait until lockdown ends because they have so much to do before going on the market. I gave her my cleaner/maintenance man's contact number to assist her with preparing for the sale. We seems to get on very well and were on the same page as to value. I will contact her again in the next week or so.
