2/12/21 Narrinder: Terry could not sell he sold with C21 for 7.5mill Terrry had offer for 5.6 mill
26/11 Past opp other agent sent to client see if he responded
24/11/21 SP sent to terry asking if he is still working with the vendor on this one
9/11/20 Terry Cleary working with client prepared to start working on $45k per sqm client wants $8.720mill. Said he wanted to list in JAn or Feb when Corona vaccine avail but prepared to go thru his data base now if he has interest would be getting him to sign exclusive for 7 days at least.
9/11- Narinder called said he was happy dealing with Joe but wanted Terry to ctc him again did not remember his quote
4/11- Steve said client wants too much and he is not prepared to touch it at that price.
21/10 Terry tried twice calling client said not a good time he will try again
