26/10/2020 - Daniel: I spoke with Bella, she is in quarantine in Perth right now as she’s just come back from overseas. We had a good conversation, it looks like this might happen as we get closer to the moratorium ending as the property is tenanted and she is not in a hurry to do this. I know the location well and discussed a few marketing strategies that I wouldn’t normally use for a house in Richmond but would suit her. We have agreed to catch up again in a months time to revaluate.
24/10/2020 - Edward: Spoke to Bella last Friday night (16/10) when the email came through. Have followed up with a next steps email. She was isolating in Perth & not ready to sell until early 2021. I’ll keep you posted
