I have met with Aaron late last week when he called to say he was in Port Pirie. Aaron is doing work to the property over the coming weeks then I will view it for appraisal purposes. In relation to Crystal Brook property I will also view that when viewing Kingston Road property. Aaron is unsure about selling Crystal Brook at this time. Aaron is going to have a medical procedure late this week which may take him away from works for a short term afterwards.Thanks again for your email.Best regards, Sophie Tod
Aaron explained he had served an eviction notice on the tenant, Chloe who said she was unwell when we had an appointment to view the property. I have now heard Chloe was due to vacate by this Sunday and has already gone leaving a considerable mess. Aaron and his Dad will go to the property in the coming weeks and tidy up, once that is done Aaron will contact me to appraise the property.
