An update for your file, I viewed the property late yesterday and the tenant was lovely. I have spoken with Aaron Head this morning and Aaron thinks lease expires in April 2021.

I have met with Aaron late last week when he called to say he was in Port Pirie. Aaron is doing work to the property over the coming weeks then I will view it for appraisal purposes. In relation to Crystal Brook property I will also view that when viewing Kingston Road property. Aaron is unsure about selling Crystal Brook at this time. Aaron is going to have a medical procedure late this week which may take him away from works for a short term afterwards.Thanks again for your email.Best regards, Sophie Tod
