JACK - I sent a couple of photographs – the property was left with carpet ripped up in places, and two of the bedrooms needing to be totally repainted.
I inspected the property last week, and have re-appointed to meet with Louis Monday 18th at his residential address to further discuss. Will let you know the outcome here 😊
