4/1/23 spoken to nathan quite a few times really nice guy. doing renovations there and will sit tight for the immediate future i will stay in touch with him and let you know if anything changes :)

5/5/21 Alex said family is considering selling sooner than later, need to find them a house first to downsize knows their requirements, thinks he may list this one in the month.
7/4/21 **Alex WArrilow -he has decided he is not going to sell for a while as he doesn't think he could replace what he has. Awesome Family and a top bloke ill stay onto him over the next months to years and let you guys know if anything changes :)
1/3/21- Vendor Hi Vicki, both agent's were awesome. Decided to wait a couple of weeks before engaging in any sort of sale plan.
1/3 Alex -They are going to hold of on coming to the market for now I'll keep in touch with them and see where I can help in the future.Nah not so much price I dont think that will be an issue he just doesn't have the motivation to do it now. Just wanted to get a gauge for the market and where his place sits. He's also considering renting it out
