Tony/matthew - spoken to Gavin (who is hte builder not the vendor) - Good afternoon Natalie, I have spoken to Gavin and it seems like it's a little complicated as it is not actually his property and he is looking to do a subdivision with the owner as a builder. I have sent him some information in regards to costings for units and that is as far as we have gone at this point. Cheers, Matt
