9/6: my cousin has not yet heard back from the lawyer about the appraisals that were submitted so until that happens, she won't be selecting a realtor.
Gayle has checked in a couple of times but as I mentioned to her, the final decision is Lyn's, and until there is an agreement in place from mediation, the house can't be sold anyhow.
Lyn will select her realtor asap.
