30/5/22 Still a while away building has not started on their new home in Barrum, still negotiating with the company as they changed management so staying put for now.
7/4 Rob Westwood: not selling for the time being

Thanks for reaching out. They are about 9 months away from putting the house in the market.
They are waiting for a house to be build and that will start in December and finish by Apr 2022.
I will keep you posted on the progress.
4/8 Rob: Covid has delayed their plans to build up North, Expect at least 3 months away from making the decision to sell.
