3/6 Not ready to sell yet is settling in for the winter and slowly de cluttering the floods in Grafton turned her away from getting up there, she is unsure of what she will do but will prob use Kate from Ray White liked her a lot

19/4 Spoke to Lorraine, she is decluttering at present, still has not found a suitable house was looking at Grafton, but is actively looking to call her back in May. 
Colin McYntire not referred yet she will prob need other agent to look at him **  
13/1  touch base in April no where near ready needs to find a house to buy first, A1 was good but high fees, A2 felt they undervalued.

9/12 Client:  Only two agents contacted me, Sandy Morris & Luton from Weston Creek. Both appraised the house. Neither were really suitable: Morris's charges were very high & Luton's appraisal was unrealistically low.
But apart from that I am struggling to clear the house. I have been at it now for 5 weeks & Iam not making enough progress.
