10/12/21 ** we met with the vendors again yesterday afternoon- meeting went well
they need to confirm their moving into an retirement home timeline 1st
we discuss all the marketing and agent fees, they are unsure if they want to sell thorough auction or EOI - i told them we can make that decision over the next couple months on the method of sale - i can show them if Auctions are still running hot 🔥 in the new year if not we can sell it EOI
